  31. Uniform Resource Names (URNs) are intended to serve as persistent resource 
  32. identifiers. This document presents the syntax for URNs.  Support for 
  33. existing legacy namespaces is discussed. URN transmission encoding 
  34. requirements are presented.  Finally, there is a discussion of URN 
  35. equivalence and how to determine it.

  66.       a MIME-compliant mail reader.  Different MIME-compliant mail readers
  67.       exhibit different behavior, especially when dealing with
  68.       "multipart" MIME messages (i.e., documents which have been split
  69.       up into multiple messages), so check your local documentation on
  70.       how to manipulate these messages.
